Access7 is a real estate media agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We shoot listing and personal brand content for agents who understand that a property's feeling is worth more than its floor plan and brand image is more than a number on a screen.
Everyone's shooting properties the same way. Fast cuts, busy effects, big text. That’s not for us. We slow down so that you can actually take everything in. We find what makes a property actually worth living in. We make something you can feel.

Storytelling First.
A property isn't a list of rooms. It's a neighborhood, a light at a certain time of day, a life someone is about to step into. We shoot it that way. Slow, deliberate, and specific to the place.

Fast-paced reels attract videographers, not buyers. We're not chasing what's performing this month. We're making content that holds up after the trend dies because it was never about the trend, it’s about showing a home for what it truly is.

The Right Clients.
Not every agent needs a personal brand. Building one the right way takes time, consistency, and a real willingness to be known. We only offer it to agents who align with that because done wrong, it can hurt you rather than help you.

Hey, I’m Marquel… Marquel Bryant if you want to be formal. To be honest, I built Access 7 kind of by accident. In my 5 years of photography and now videography, I never really thought, “Yeah, I want to shoot a house.” I kind of stumbled onto it. I was always shooting lifestyle, fitness, travel, brands, you name it! Basically… I was shooting everything, but houses. It started after seeing my buddy on the East coast of Florida taking a crack at it and I thought, “Hey, why not?”
I’ll be honest… at first I hated it. It was boring, it was stagnant, and there was no art or feeling to it. I was about ready to give up on it until one day I shot a $15 million dollar property… for FREE. I was shooting video and definitely didn’t know what I was doing at the time, so I decided to take some photos. I always thought the basic MLS photos were boring and decided to just shoot this property like I felt it should be captured. I wanted to capture the FEELING and my perspective on what it was like to be in that home.
After I posted them, a realtor (Jadyn Siemer) reached out to me and told me that they were special. She told me how I look at things are unique and that I should lean into that. So, I took it and ran with it!
Flash forward a little while and I started to enjoy real estate media AND fall in love with photo/video again. It forced me to really be creative and immerse myself into properties and into storytelling and embrace the challenge of bringing something still to life.
Then came Access7. Honestly, there’s no super profound idea or crazy story behind this name. I named it after a beach access back home that I grew up going to and it took me 5 minutes to come up with.
That's what Access7 is built on. Not a formula, not a trend. Just a real perspective on what a property feels like, applied to every shoot.
